I had asked prior to booking if the drivers monitored flights to ensure they did not go when a flight was delayed etc. This was the worst snow storm in Munich since 1933 the airport closed and THIS COMPANY KEPT ALL OUR MONEY since we did not cancel 24 hours. In this case SHAMEFUL! The hotel did not charge us, our per-booked tours let us change dates at no charge, the airline compensated us but they kept 185.00 and said they would pick us up the next day if we paid them AGAIN! .
